He has left the surgery and works here no more. His certificates have gone from the wall, leaving pale outlines of where they hung for years. This week I was the sole doctor consulting in my surgery. Nine surgeries! Visits and on call . I also attended to the needs of my kids and shopping , the house sale fell through, viewings going on. The only thing that threw me , and always will, was my daughter was feeling very low. Wish o could lift her spirits. I rush back after surgery to be with her during the day, make sure she's ok. So, another day,another interview- no decision yet as the academies are meeting on Thurs to decide. 2 whole days to speculate and agonise over how I could have improved my lesson/interview -at least I'm working for the next 3 days so that will help focus my mind! Just had a massive car bill (clutch failed ) and have paid that- rent is due in a week's time. I really NEED this job- daughter starts Secondary school in September and the cost of the uniform is eye-watering... Same old, same old I know but the light on the horizon is definitely dimming....
