Came home and waited for 8.00. Rang CIS Ins and have now made an official complaint. The final straw was the warning at the beginning of the call, that because of data protection, they will not discuss any business with anyone but the policy holder.
I asked why then, did the Co. decide to give all my bank details to my stbx without my permission?-the lad on the other end couldn't explain that! I am sick to death of having to explain my situation to countless faceless strangers over the phone, and foolishly expecting that they will help
