Today I weigh 12 stone 12 pounds, a loss of 2 pounds from last week.
I felt a lot better this week, plenty of energy. I did my 5 km in 26:33, where my previous personal best was 27:13.
I set myself the goal last week of being able to run for 20 minutes at 7 mph. I can do that already, so I'm increasing that to 20 minutes at 7.5 mph. Currently I can run for 5 minutes at 7.5 mph so this is more of a stretch for me.
I'm just going to recap my longer term goals here, so I'm not in danger of forgetting them!
