I'm not afraid anymore. I was waking up each day and within a couple of seconds my heart would jump into my mouth as I realised it was all real and not a nightmare. Sorry I'm a bit late with this, I was away on Sunday & Monday so didn't weigh myself. On Tuesday I weighed 12 stone 9 pounds, which is a gain of 2 pounds from last week. Not a huge surprise, I had a lot of meals out last week for various reasons so it's my own fault! No money now though so there'll be no meals out.
