I am in the process of divorce husband committed adultery and within a few weeks had moved into his partners home, which was sold and then purchased a much bigger one. I am living with my mother and have been since the fmh was sold May 2006. Proceeds are lying in his sols bank account(they were the conveyancers.
Have had FA the FDR and finally a hearing. We are arguing that my housing needs are not met, at this point I must mention that my soon to be ex and his partner both work for the LA housing dept. At the final hearing (which turned into a further FDR as the judge did not have time to

This time last year, school routines were a nightmare. The teenagers weren't sleeping and couldn't get up. I had to get into work. Homework was getting lost or damaged.
I rang the school and explained - some help there but not much. We struggled on as the teenagers' distress turned, at times, to anger.
It's better this year. There's ordinary teenage anger from time to time and the kind of difficulty going to bed and getting up that I had as a teenager. The teenagers seem more than a year older - they've had a lot of growing up to do. I've mixed feelings about that. They are still hurt -
