Hi All, Well I had a full 7 hours with my little girls, never in my life has emotion been so extreme in such a small space of time.. I picked them up, the STBX moaned the youngest was wet when I dropped her off and not to put her in knickers again.. (She was dry as I picked her up and had my hand under her bum, also the STBX stood at the window holding her, but she needs to moan and cause conflict always has) anyway we went to a farm, drove a tractor, went to a swing park, my parents for lunch, had a sleep, went shopping (they wanted to go) had tea then played more on the swings, shouted

Hi Guys So I had my letter, we responded today accepting the access and requesting more access immediately. I had a text from the STBX demanding I respond to the Solicitors letter, if I do not she will not let me see my children. In the mean time I have had the CSA calling me talking about collecting funds and that I was expecting the call.. Err they have a home I am paying for and a occupation rights notice on the property. But they are calling me back. I have no money I have a good job and a good wage, but I haven't budgeted for solicitors, I certainly haven't budgeted 100% CSA

I ask the STBX because that's what I do, that's my personality.. I am not aggressive or pushy its who I am. OK I don't fit in this type of situation, I avoid confrontation at all costs and to my detriment now. I was pushed far enough to shout back last week, and I also put exactly the financial position in her hands and not my girls are gone. Why can't I see my children, what has she said I do not know.. what has she told her parents I have no idea. I want to go to her parents and smash the doors down, I want to take my girls away from this controlling manipulative devious woman..
