I haven't been on for awhile because i was on holiday. In reality i took 2 weeks off,stayed home to rest, and ended up so stressed by the end i have had to go to the doctor to get my meds increased!! I had a letter from my lawyer saying we could apply for the decree nisi even though my husband hadn't returned his court papers, despite the fact they were sent to him at the end of May!! When I asked him he said he thought they were just copies for him to keep!! He also hasn't done anything regarding his financial declaration. I have been on holday for 2 weeks and am very depressed at only getting one day of sun!! I had hoped to re-charge my batteries before the battle of the finances commences!! The stress is really getting to me now and i haven't been able to sleep. Meanwhile my x2b just carries blithely on doing nothing! The kids are back today and it was like having a part of me returned! They seem to have managed ok but, as expected , despite his promises, he didn't spend any alone time with them. My son says they kissed so much he actually asked them not to in front of the kids. My ex told him to forget it! He amazes me with his selfishness. My doctor has said it is a part of the drinking heavily but it still amazes me. If i could walk away with no more contact it would be wonderful but i know that i need his money at least until the kids have grown up. Then i can be independant of him. I missed the kids
