I have just got back from Albert Heijn, (supermarket) and pick up dinner... for one... and am still trying to make the effort and not fall into 'chicken ding' or pizza mode...

In the meantime I have discovered the wiki chat room.  For those of you have not tried it please do so.

You will find a room of strangers, who will not judge you, who will be supportive and funny.
