I can't get over how little it takes, to make me struggle to get through a day.

I found out today, that scumbag is now asking his sol whether he can put our house on the market, or buy it himself-which is what he said was his original intention 6mths ago!!!

He is obviously struggling for money, and the reason I haven't started the ball rolling for buying him out, is because as yet, I don't know how much mortgage I will need because the stupid man won't agree to a settlement. He is clearly not able to comprehend that his ar*ing around is what is holding progress up.
