people who are finding divorce and separation difficult to deal with
If you are feeling
Alone and isolated
You can’t quite believe what has happened
You want to make some sense of it all
You can’t trust your instincts
Your confidence has dived
All that you have built up has been thrown back at you
You need to catch up with events that have been imposed on you
You have lost your sense of self
Fearful about the future
Loss, rage, anxiety
That no-one can help you or really understand
You want to start to feel better
If any of these things are affecting you then we can help you.
Join a Group
We run small support groups to help you deal with the emotional impact of separation.
The groups run for 10 weeks but not during the school holidays. New groups are formed regularly and once formed meet on the same day and at the same time each week for one and a half hours.
