The Certificate of Financial Complexity that must be completed for a complex financial family case to be referred to the Financial Remedies Unit (FRU). The certificate is accompanied by guidance explaining the role of the FRU and the referral process.
This form is used to provide financial disclosure which is used as a basis for the negotiation of a financial settlement. You may be asked to complete this form by the court (if you are a litigant in person), by your solicitor or by a mediator.
The financial disclosure for non-ancillary relief type matters such as Schedule 1 Children Act applications (lump sum/property adjustment). Most people going through divorce should use Form E instead of this form.
Family Mediation and Assessment Form - This form is only to be used when making an application to the court on form C1 or C2.
