Ok so I havent blogged in a while or as much as i have done in the past. After the bank holiday weekend, on the Saturday of which, my solicitor ,J, writes to ex's solicitor to persuade them to settle , we await his " lordships" decision . Ever the one to control the situation and events, he tells us he will inform us if his decision at 13.00 hrs on Tuesday . Such drama and controlling tactics. The mediation day was weird. A friend managed to come with me though she had to keep leaving our room when mediators came in to discuss First, we all sat in one room , across a big table. My side, me , my friend A, and my solicitor J. His side him, slumped in his chair, looking surprisingly disheveled and scruffy, with his solicitor , Jackie. At the end of the table , two mediators. J gave a succinct summary of my position and course of events. Whilst Jackie gave his version I tried to catch his eye, whilst he studiously avoided mine. When Jackie got onto the GMC complaint , and my
