My first day of work was yesterday 9am & what do I get at 1pm? A text saying - have a nice first day. Wikis that I have never met have sent me PM's wishing me luck, I was encouraged in chat, the support has been amazing and from the heart. All I get from him is a late text, which was only sent to appease his Sol when she asks him if he has been civil. Pathetic. I have my Mgr hold open doors for me all day, ask me if I am cold, asking me if I have had lunch already (I eat for free), if I want a coffee (we get free Costa coffee), very nice. I am so full of hate today. I hate that I had ONE civil conversation with him and now it is back to him, being an ahole, yelling that he can't pay half for the vacuumn to be fixed, as "all his cash goes on bills." I received a surprise tax refund last week & wrote a cheque to get the paperwork taken to court. Despite the frequent protestations of him saying that he needed out of my life asap, he has done NOTHING to help pay. So even though I don't start my job until Monday, I made the move. In the last few days, I have spoken to professional people about what my rights are & how to protect myself. I never said things which could get the stbx in serious trouble but I had to mention the situations surrounding the divorce.
