Good news first- the family home is sold and I finally have funds to move on and get on with my life.

The bad news- the cops are still refusing to throw out the Harassment Notice which threatens me with arrest if I make any contact with my daughter. This despite their finally admitting that:

1. they don't check the ID of whoever complains even though I logged with them in 2013 that the ex might fabricate evidence,

2. the ex attended the police station with our daughter (if it was our daughter?). It took almost a year before the cops let this slip!!!

3. although there is no appeal process,

PIN (Police Information Notice)-Harassment Warning Notice

Because signing a Police Information Notice does not mean admitting any wrongdoing, there is no right of appeal.

In 2015, a government report acknowledged that the lack of any procedure for appealing against a PIN "can feel very unfair to recipients".

"If somebody takes a dislike to you, they can make an allegation and you can be slapped with one of these notices," said Jordan.

"The notices last about a year, but I've since found out they can stay on your record for longer. The police are aware they are less than perfect."

Quite a while since I've been on.

Survived another court hearing where I try once again to enforce the terms of our financial order. Will we ever get the family home sold? Will my ex ever account for her expenditure on our business?- lots of mysterious cash withdrawals and frather fewer receipts. Our jolly judge rules that my ex must respond to our estate agent's advice in days rather than weeks and she has to at least write an essay on where the money has gone.
