the last few weeks/days have been tough 1) son now lives with his dad, he moved out 3 or so weeks ago, I knew it was coming, he prepared me for it, bless him, as soon as I found the flat he told me he wanted to stay in our village, far enough, the flat wasn't a great distance away, but his choice, I will add we didn't row, wouldn't, its his last year at school and he doesn't need any extra pressure, he still stays here on a Monday and one night over the weekend, pops round to do little jobs, walks the hound, has tea, and we had a lovely lunch out on Saturday with mum and a friend of

the week end just gone, I accepted an offer on bungalow, sold sign up, buyers round tomorrow to measure up for curtains etc. took quite a big lose money wise, but I really don't want to be here anymore, lost all interest in the house, its no longer a home, its a burden, and I no longer take any pleasure in getting home from anywhere, so tonight a tidy up, just to make sure the buyers still like it !! this afternoon viewed a 2 bed flat, the 2 flats that really appealed to me had been sold, a ground floor (easy for the animals), 1st floor a wee bit more tricky but do able, both sold, 2nd

very good news in my post this morning 1, financials done, signed. 2, have now officially been accepted for a part buy/ part rent property ! this will make things so much easier, financially, and now have no worries about my animals they will stay with me. after a year and a half of complete turmoil, worry, fretting, near on losing the house due to lack of money, constant rows with the mortgage company, credit cards, etc, selling my birds, im nearly at the end of this nightmare journey. this morning, feel shattered beyond belief ! in a `relief` kind of way a very happy
