Cancer doc cleared me so that''s all good. Nothing to worry about there and that is a big relief. I think I will always be scared of the cancer coming back. Having that so wrapped up with the marriage dissolution makes it confusing emotionally.

Well, they can''t all be ''good'' or ''positive'' days. Opened an e-mail from my solicitor at work (big mistake!!) My husband still hasn''t returned petition to court. He still wants me to relinquish my claim for costs (I am respondent - unreasonable behaviour!) and if I don''t he will counter-sue me for unreasonable behaviour. I also spoke at length with mortgage adviser and explored many options. However, it''s highly unlikely I''ll be able to stay in family home. Husband wants 50% split (we have same jobs/pay) and even if I won a 60/40 split in my favour, I will not be able to pay mortgage
