Hi, I am a landlady/property developer, I have been running the business with my daughter for the last four and a half years. we now have 30 properties.
My xtb stayed with me for over a year just to get as much money out of me as possible, god that is so depressing.
You wonder how anyone can say I love You every day when they are only interested in how much they can get out of you. Makes you feel sooo special.
My xtb has no morals whatsoever, my poor daughter aged 24 had to be added as a 2nd respondant on the divorce as x would agree she was a partner in the business, nasty really as we have accounts tax ref etc to proof it.
He mentally abused me for over 19 years, 15 married, then when he left and I wouldn't talk to him did the same on my daughter reducing her to a mental wreck, she doesn't see him any more, thank god.
I have spent over £14,000 on solicitor bils to get to the first hearing, so anyone out there going through divorce I recommend you only use your solicitor Ad Hoc as it will save you thousands.
My daughter and I now have a date for Sept for the FDR so at least all this will be sorted before the new year, thank heavens for that, its taken over a year to get here.
If I can help anyone out there give me a shout and I am more than happy to share my experience and the 14 grands worth of legal jargon, especially regarding property matters.
The good news is I no longer cry in the supermarket and car when they play music reminding me of him and I am looking forward to a very happy new year being single.

How can a dad do that?

Well they day it comes in 3s, mine seems to just keep adding them on , sometimes you wonder if it ever stops.

I never knew someone could lie so blatently even in front of his own daughter, my daughter and I went to the first hearing and she was to be added as the 2nd respondant to protect her half in all the properties we have.

My stbx sat there and told the court that my daughter should not be added as she had never put any money into the business (lie) and never worked on any of the properties, we helped him get 14 properties of his own, paying the deposits for them and working on them.
