So what's been happening at Wikizine HQ this month?
Having stayed up all night for the big switch-on for the launch of the magazine, the team eventually dragged themselves out of bed to go and celebrate with the boss. He spared no expense and treated Amanda and Linda to a lavish champagne dinner of steak and kidney pie with the the landlord's best Moet to wash it down...
Of course the girls had their trusty notebook and pen and were eager to start planning the next issue. Having languished in the media world for all of 2 hours... they decided they were ready to ensnare a couple of celebrities to add some glamour to the magazine.
In the heady weeks that followed the launch, lots of contacts were made and new writers engaged. The ball was rolling. The girls decided to join Twitter... seemed like a media thing to do!
Amanda tweeted and twittered, whilst Linda got on with the business of going back to school. Excitement and enthusiasm poured out as Linda and Amanda regaled Ian with their big plans for the future of Wikizine. Going global certainly seemed like an option... Watch this space!
As September rolled on, articles began to roll in and the next issue began to take shape. Amanda undertook her first celebrity interview: having a girly giggle with Sarah Beeny is what she calls a 'hard day' - read it here.
If you haven't already grasped this, Linda and Amanda are party girls and so it was no surprise to the boss when they told him they were planning a Wikizine Launch Party in London next month. Pictures to follow!
