Lynne has been practising as a Solicitor for nearly 10 years and has been running her own firm for over 4 years. Lynne has a lot of Court experience in representing her clients and is a trained Mediator and a member of Resolution – the Association of Family Lawyers. Lynne has 4 children and has been divorced twice herself. Lynne feels that her personal experience has placed her in a unique position as a solicitor to empathise with her clients.
Most of Lynne’s clients come via recommendation and she has clients from all over the world via her website. Lynne is able to offer a practical and cost effective service. It is important to establish a good level of communication with your Solicitor and Lynne makes herself available to talk to.
Lynne deals with all aspects of Family Law – Children Act Applications, Injunctions, Co habitation, civil partnerships and pre and post nuptial agreements.
Lynne has set up the Divorce Workshops as a way of assisting people who are unable to afford to instruct a Solicitor or who are uncertain as to whether they need one.
