If you have problems with being able to access either of the chatrooms here are some of the possible fixes that have worked for other users.

Make sure your username doesn't contain spaces - "user name"  won't work "UserName"  will work fine.

Try clearing flash storage using the flash settings manager

One quick fix worth trying is to delete the cookies and cache in your browser. 

Another possible solution is to update to the latest versions of adobe flash and the latest browser.
