If you have problems with being able to access either of the chatrooms here are some of the possible fixes that have worked for other users. One quick fix worth trying is to delete the cookies and cache in your browser.
Another possible solution is to update to the latest versions of adobe flash and the latest browser. 1) To download the latest version of adobe flash.

If you haven't tried it yet it is worth looking at Google Chrome - it is noticeably faster for general internet surfing than the others.
