WIKIWEEN IS FAST APPROACHING:

Hi All

Wikiween is on 1st November at the Thistle Birmingham City Hotel.

Cost of the tickets are £22.50 and this can be paid via the link on the events page.

Please add your name to the list if you wish to attend the event.

I have sent private messages to all those currently on the list asking for payment to be made asap and for people to give me their room requirements (which are subject to availability) for [...]

As I have just had a bill come in that I wasnt expecting, I think I am going to have to give Wiki London a miss.

Therefore if anyone would like my ticket pls let me know. I have a room booked for myself at the hotel. The money I had set aside for the event I have now had to dig into :(

ALL ROOMS FOR THE WEEKEND ARE CONFIRMED, THIS INCLUDES THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE REQUESTED ADDITIONAL ACCOMODATION ON EITHER THE FRIDAY OR SUNDAY ASWELL.

I will be confirming the number of vegetarians tomorrow, so if anyone hasn't let me know of this need or any other dietary requirements then they will be eating the main menu.

Hi those of you that are coming to London, the event draws ever nearer.

Have confirmed all room bookings with hotel today so we all have somewhere to rest our tired souls when we finally retire to bed.

Just had an idea that maybe a Raffle would be a good idea.

Would like to know if people would be willing to provide any prizes and whether people would be happy to buy tickets and to donate the money to a charity or whether they prefer the idea of everyone be [...]

This event is currently FULLY SUBSCRIBED!

There are only 70 places for this event and these are all currently allocated.

I have asked that deposits of £20 be paid at the latest Sunday 20th July.

If you currently do not have your name on the list but would still like to attend then send me a private message ASAP so that I can make a reserve list on a first come first served basis.
