Now we have social services involved in this. Not just Cafcass but the child care team. I don't know if this is good or bad as I have yet to speak to the case officer myself. stbx has been interviewed and apparently children are to be seen tomorrow but no-one seems to know for sure and no appointment has been made. I am guessing that our GP has contacted them but it could have been the school although they wre reluctant to action things.

Ex Is being Charged

Hi wikipeeps

The ex is being charged with two counts of common assault, criminal damage and use of a noxious fluid against me tomorrow. It is almost three months since he commited these crimes. He thought he would get away with it because he made such a good job of slandering me and felt the officers concerned would hopefully think 'I deserved it'.

Well that worked out well - not!

Last weekends confrontation, row and struggle for the phone with the incriminating evidence on it resulted in a Police Caution for Common Assult.

So I'm now living on my boat and STBX has changed the locks (illegally). The kids won't talk to me and I have had to agree via sols to stay away from the MH.

My sol is trying to get me a key and I'm trying to get agreement to visit the kids a week on Friday and st [...]

The family courts I experienced October 2002 - June 2004 worked upon the principle that all fathers were absent fathers, or could be painted as such, and all men were liable to commit domestic or emotional abuse. In this lowest common denominator system it was fairly easy for a corrupt law firm to manipulate the situation to present an honest decent father as that stereotype, all the time masquerading as a firm of mediation and reconciliation.

Not sure how my sanity is still in tact. Idiot is on his way back from the funeral that I wasn't invited to and wanting support (the man who died I knew for about 17-18yrs and i wanted to go to funeral). My 15yr old has face of bruises from falling over as she said she was staying at her friends house last night but turned out they stayed elsewhere, out till all hours drunk. My blog has stalled but hopefully this entry will help you see why i've been dumbfounded.

Wednesday night i got on the internet and checked our joint account. A cheque had been presented for £130. I questioned Sharon over it but she denied it, I took the cheque book from her and told her not to write any more cheques.

Checking the account I found the cheque was actually from the next cheque book.

On Wednesday 13 February I had to attend the local police station to make a statement about the damage I did to my husband's car after he suddenly announced he was bringing divorce proceedings against me. My husband assured me that this was just to make and sign a statement to admit my 'offense'.
