Unreasonable behaviour - how unreasonable?

Hi,

Seems the only way to get a divorce (which we both want...) will be for me to petition for unreasonable behaviour.

I'm luck enough to now be on good terms with my x2b; last thing I want to do is upset her and us spend all our money on lawyers. How "naff" can my examples of her unreasonable behaviour be? Does anyone have any examples?

J

My husband has acknowledged the receipt of the petition & is not defending in any way. He told me he wouldn't defend it - I showed him the petition before I sent it to the court, to avoid any to-ing & fro-ing, & to be my usual up-front, out--in- the-open self- but since December, I have difficulty in trusting anything he says to me. I suppose I should be pleased [...]
