Form E arrived today, along with a letter from my wife's solicitor. I was expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was all very down to earth, reasonable, and all the things we'd verbally agreed to do were in there. She even proposed mediation, which she'd always refused before.

I haven't actually looked at the form yet. I riffled through the pages and decided it could wait till later. And anyway, all my financial paperwor [...]

This is going to be a long one....

Yesterday I had my First Hearing. The previous week I had decided to self-rep as I believed that my solicitor had not got me anywhere. So last week Ravenclaw re-wrote the statement of issues as we believed the ones that had been prepared by the sol did not allow the Judge to fully understand the issues at hand. I had these filed at the court and sent my stbx sol a copy.

Up to this point my stbx had still not submitted her Form E .

Hi all sorry if i gave u all wrong impression in last blog. Ive signed petition but sol has also put in a letter saying that that I dont agree with comments but accept the grounds of unreasonable behaviour cos he turned me into that person cant give details as u all know in case he taps in to wiki.

But yes the process has started and Im on my way to a new and hopefully better life - couldnt be any worse. Thought Id get a head start on the form E you allkeep talking about here goes.

Well into getting divorced sorting the kids and all going well have a non molestation order against my ex to be for her unreasonable behaviour problem looming is the finances part. I have a obessive ex who is obessed in finding out facts on me relating to finance and yes being self employed my finances are a mess and yes I got a bit carried away sellling shares problem is i think she will pull the form e apart any ideas on how to sort myself out to make matters worse she is seriously jealous [...]

Well arrived at OUR business again (running it single handely) to be met by the in laws. 'Hi you come to walk dogs?' I asked them No feeding them... shitty husband away with new bird for his birthday. Not a word to me. I had warning, a text he sent to me by mistake, a letter of confirmation from fab hotel address Mr & Mrs. The week has just gon e so quick I forgot it was Friday. I am flattened. Especially as his parents are so hostil to ME. I guess they only have his side.

Tension building up to my first hearing and don't know what to expect as my x to be has delayed doing his form E. Even with a court order and a threat for a penal application form E still not exchanged. The last I've heard is that his will be ready sometime next week literally few days before court 17th March. He's had nearly a year to complete and he has not even been working as on "sick Leave". I know he is co-habiting possibly the reason for not completing form E so as n [...]

Today was D day the decision day court needs to know for tomorrow if we have come to an agreement.Sol phoned me and i recieved the offer in writing also which reads .The H offered £340pcm without the CSA for 2 yrs and £240pcm for the children until they leave school.It is suggested that the W cease her application with the CSA and this offer be secured in a court order.I asked for an extra £70 per month he rejected this and said i'll see her in court.Bearing in mind he [...]

Seem to spending ages getting all the evidence together for Final Hearing....... All the memories are coming back, the pain, the hurt, my X's years of adultery...................... I just wonder why she continues to accuse me of so many things, which are completly untrue. Now getting text messages which are hurtfull............. Well..... that's the 'First Appointment' over with.... except... it was adjourned... My STBX has been ordered to file and serve the missing documentation within 21 days..... As expected, nothing much else happened.... He made a fuss about the valuation on the house.... I was asked to get a valuation done to go along with my Form E... which, true to form, I did.... Today I had a valuation done on our house..... as part of the 'financial disclosure' my solicitor asked for.....

The very nice lady from the estate agent walked around 'our' house, taking measurements.... saying "what a lovely house this is"... "this house will sell without a problem"........ usual stuff they say I imagine....

I didn't really 'feel' anything.............
