In June, I blogged this article about Mr Justice Coleridge, a Family Division judge, he is a very influential Judge and he was addressing the Solicitors Family Law Association(Resolution) in April of 2008.
I have tried everywhere to get his e mail address and I have searched the internet for linkage. I would have thought that a whole load of legal costs could be saved if he were to look at the evidence that I have posted and give a bit direction.

Sometimes blog I wonder why I practice family law. Hello Blog.

I was going to move on from being critical of the court system and yelling out for reform for two minutes when the latest email update from Family Law Week popped into my inbox yesterday.

I just wondered, why this recent important change in german divorce law is not published in any media in the UK. Are papers, tv broadcasters etc not allowed to publish these important news about radical changes in world/european society or is this not of interest to british people ?
