Do Computers hate me ?

The laptop does, it waits until my blog is just completed and as I press the save and publish button but before it has saved it tells me to switch to mains power and then shuts down. A whole half hour or more of one fingered typing lost. If I could type with two fingers would the battery last half the time?

I would love to use mains power, but the mains adaptor is plumbed into the computer cupboar [...]

It is 04 06 am I can not sleep I have not slept well since 2004 it is I think post traumatic shock disorder from a very bad court experience of losing a child long term.

I never feel alone and I have lots of other families to talk to about this silent problem of children going missing in the UK. There is a lot of pressure groups forming now and united in asking for the COURTS TO BE OPENED UP. Someone asked me in the chat room what is closed court.< [...]

Who are these Experts?

Why are they also allowed to train future doctors to give evidence for court?

Why is an expert allowed like this to step so boldly out of his field of expertise ?

Why is the GMC so lenient with dealing with these doctors in complaints.

I clearly remember my solicitor sending out a letter for each independent Expert Witness, asking them not to directly contact each other or to discuss the reports they are asked to undertake for court……….

Or to flavour a report with, a personal opinion.

Ok it's been 3 days and I haven't made a blog entry, so a lot of time to make up.

A strange 3 days, an emotional yo-yo

Started typing up the D8 petition, Section 13 asks for details, they want details - I gave them chapter and verse, however I am sure that was not required so it's now been edited to a couple of lines. I did however quite enjoy the initial putting it ALL down. I will finish tidying the D8 and add the court details tomorrow

Yesterday's outcome of the Final Hearing is still sinking in. Some of you may know my case has taken 2 yrs and 11 months to resolve and a lot of bitterness along the way, and that I had, had very poor legal advice from my then acting sols. Ok, So things have got worse if that is possible,

The letter sent nearly a month ago requesting reconciliation has not been responded to. I now need to do something with the courts.

Have been told she expectes me to move out and leave the children having made the petition.

So, as for much of the last 10 years I have spent another weekend with the children while she does what she wants elsewhere. I am not unhappy about this at all, although I feel pretty tire, but I find it horrendous that she can now think that she can have the house and the children, push me out and expect me to continue paying for it all.

Well for those that dont know my situation!..i,ll explain a bit of it..

I,ve been fighting custody and visitation court battles for 3 years..the first year my x and the last 2 years my in laws..The judge said if there was no contact with his side of the family...he was scared for my safety..i said i was not willing to sacrafise my children for it....

So we went thro court battles and the judge keept ordering me to take the kids to see them..but the kids have always said they did,n [...]
