Still has ultimate financial control!

It is so unfair. How can I stop him having financial control over me?

Once again, he has failed to pay my Child Maintenance on time. My mortgage is due tomorrow and still the CSA have not received his money. I could shift some money around; although even this is getting hard to do as my reserve tank that is there to pay my solicitor's bill for the transfer of property is being "borrowed" left, right and centre.

Thing is, he has NOT paid before; not just a late [...]

I feel sick - my head is pounding and most of all I never thought, he would do this to his children. Today I check my bank balance and have had to phone the csa. Why? because the payment was missing and my mortgage is due to be paid monday. After two phone calls I discover the reason the payment was missing because my ex, has given up work to claim benefits. Im paying the mortgage and without the csa payment, Im going to struggle - I think he has done this in order to force me to sell. I don' [...]

Why does he keep doing this to me?

Checked my bank account today, no sign of monthly CSA payment, so I ring them and they say he hasn't paid and that they will chase it up. My mortgage payment is due on Monday and I am dreading having to phone them to say once again I can't pay because I am beholden to my ex-husband to make up a large amount of the mortgage payment. Without the money from the CSA it is a case of pay the mortgage or feed the children for the month.

Today was D day the decision day court needs to know for tomorrow if we have come to an agreement.Sol phoned me and i recieved the offer in writing also which reads .The H offered £340pcm without the CSA for 2 yrs and £240pcm for the children until they leave school.It is suggested that the W cease her application with the CSA and this offer be secured in a court order.I asked for an extra £70 per month he rejected this and said i'll see her in court.Bearing in mind he [...]

Well knock me side ways , i phoned my good old buddies from the CSA this morning , he has only gone and sent in a payment by cheque after 18 months.Not for a huge amount but a little something, CSA say i'm allowed to have some of it on friday i have to wait for the rest as the cheque has only part cleared .Hmmmm very strange i think , but they blame the pc stystem.It's 7 days and counting til the FDR hearing so i know this is for show to make himself look good , had the same last year wh [...]
