If you have been taken for a RIDE by the Family Courts then show your support for the families on the Hercules Bus this week. I met the bus in Luton thought I would just take some photos I boarded at Luton and got off at Watford. The Families are sleeping in their cars and also on the bus.I have know the families from meetings with MPs who are also showing support we want the media in we want the public in courts to see what is going on.

I had a free half hour with Rachel from divorcelawyer's firm yestersday. Although they cannot act for me as I need "legal aid", she gave me some invaluable reassurance that my concerns are valid and that I do indeed need to go back to court.

It was agreed that my current legal team are not working in my best interests and that I need to seek out a new solicitor. I have a meeting with one on Tuesday of next week.

contact issue today, got text last night asking if he could take daughter away for a few days (tue to fri) surprise surprise does not interfear with his weekend. I have things arranged for my daughter during the day for the next 2 weeks so i suggested why not a weekend break - that way i can at least have a day/night out.

I arrived here a short time ago on the Wikivorce Community ,I am afraid I may have just come in too quick ,for some to understand were I am coming from ,also to understand what my motives are.

Despite my efforts since mid-April to get the x2b to sign divorce paperwork, I had all but given up on her being civil and agreeing to the divorce terms I had laid out.

I actually scheduled a meeting for this Saturday to complete a petition for divorce with the court, regardless of the x2b's views on it. That would have resulted in her being ordered to court, and going through mediation, etc.

Well for those that dont know my situation!..i,ll explain a bit of it..

I,ve been fighting custody and visitation court battles for 3 years..the first year my x and the last 2 years my in laws..The judge said if there was no contact with his side of the family...he was scared for my safety..i said i was not willing to sacrafise my children for it....

So we went thro court battles and the judge keept ordering me to take the kids to see them..but the kids have always said they did,n [...]

Have spoken to some very useful and helpful people today about my situation and my stbx.

I am now giving serious consideration to seeking residency of the children with me. A lot of people consider her behaviour to be far from normal or healthy for the children and her level of care over the last couple of years has been poor to say the least.

I picked my girls (10 and 8) up from school yesterday after being with their dad for 4 days. They were really rude and stroppy, which really got to me.

Well, hi all. Haven't been on for a while, hope you are all well.

Have replied to my STBX and have given her most of the things she wanted on the finance side and that seems ok, but I have not agreed to the maintenance as £800 is way to much and have told her unless she see sense regarding access to the kids then the courts can decide.

She still seems to think that I should have limited access to the kids, not be allowed to take them on holiday unless she says where and [...]

At last we managed to have a talk about what might happen this evening.

stbx adamant that she will not move from her position as per her pertition Not will ing to go to another mediation session as she sees no reason to move from her original 'request/offer'.

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can advise me please?

I left the matrimonial home 3 years ago. My stbx has done an amazing job of poisoning my 2 daughters against me. It is 3 years now since I last saw them despite going to Court, (unsuccessfully), to gain access.

During this time I have tried to maintain contact by delivering cards and presents to the MH on an almost weekly basis. On birthdays, Xmas, Easter etc, I will call the house phone, but my ex and the girls all just hang up [...]

Well its a funny old world.

At first I thought ex would not want me to have too much contact with the kids then I get three phone calls in a row saying would I take them to legoland.

Cant quite figure it all out. I suppose its all a question of letting them all work it out themselves and then being there if possible.

Well today was the first day that my children have seen their dad in nearly 3 months. I kept my 1 year old at home as she was not very well and 7 hrs away from me would have been too much for everyone.

Ok, so everyone is waiting for the fireworks but thankfully there were none. It all seems to have gone smoothly. I handed them over in Tesco Car Park and collected them at the same place. We even agreed to an extra hour on Friday as there is no school.
