Do Computers hate me ?

The laptop does, it waits until my blog is just completed and as I press the save and publish button but before it has saved it tells me to switch to mains power and then shuts down. A whole half hour or more of one fingered typing lost. If I could type with two fingers would the battery last half the time?

I would love to use mains power, but the mains adaptor is plumbed into the computer cupboar [...]

I have been missing Wiki, Broadband is finally no more and now on dial up. Have now got over the ridiculous situation where I had to have a new telephone number to take over the account and then to have it changed back to the original.

Lots of news, not having blogged for over a week, I need my fix desperately.

Stbx/wife/witch returned to the UK, came over to pick up her belongings to take back to Sweden. I think the initial meeting was harder for her, she looked like death [...]

Ok it's been 3 days and I haven't made a blog entry, so a lot of time to make up.

A strange 3 days, an emotional yo-yo

Started typing up the D8 petition, Section 13 asks for details, they want details - I gave them chapter and verse, however I am sure that was not required so it's now been edited to a couple of lines. I did however quite enjoy the initial putting it ALL down. I will finish tidying the D8 and add the court details tomorrow

Wiki Never Went Away

Well sometimes things just don't change. BT lied to me (but i'm used to the lies, the stbx taught me that one) and the landline number has not changed yet. Because the number hasn't changed I still have broadband. Sky obviously havn't read my sweet letter to them (ps don't tell them, because I am not going to pay them after the date I stated on my nice polite letter)

Ever had one of those days when you thought you was banging your head against a brick wall, well I had one of those a couple of weeks ago, try taking over all the bills when they were set up by your partner. So why no more Wiki - the telephone number changes tomorrow - just so that I can phone them up and ask them to change it back to the original number, with a 5 day wait. If anybody else was doing this they would just type a new account holders name in the computer.

What a wonderful time of the year, two weeks off work to enjoy myself.

My parents are coming to stay for a couple of weeks, originally I invited them down with the intent that they would keep me company whilst I was in a fragile state, rather selfish of me I know. However I am not in the fragile state that I imagined I would be in, so I can now look after them as they deserve to be looked after and treat them to the joys of the local area, and spoil them rotten. Today I hate banks !!!!!!
Had a good second day at work, it was just like I was never away. Too busy, not enough hours in the day, loved it.
Back to those scumbags that call themselves banks. Recently set up personal current account to manage finances and replace sick joint account.
