My son started his first day at his latest school today, hopefully that should be his last change now and he will settle quickly as went to pre school there so he knows most of his class mates already.

Well here I am 3 months after the split...

What a time I have had, I think I am over the worst of it now - well I hope anyway. The last few times I have seen my ex I have felt nothing except for relief that we are no longer together.

Now here I am someone who feels they are just doing their job and they have a purpose.

My ex only went to them after a argument when a few things were said she was happy receiving weekly payments from me until I changed the locks at our house. She hadn't been there for two months and had said she was never coming back to the house!

Not a great day work really busy and ex phoned me up to talk rubbish.

I told her not to call me unless something important, which I think anoyed her as she has now told me that I can not see my son this Friday.

I asked her why and she told me that it was because they are going to Southend with her new man on Saturday morning and have planned to leave at 6am, it is only a 70 mile journey so dont know why she needs to leave so early.

Just when everything was starting to look on the up............... Hi blogger man

Well I have spoken to my mortgage provider and everything seems okay to get the extra money to pay of ex and the repayment amount for the top up was half the amount I was expecting.

All going well at the moment: I feel happy, I dont hate my ex anymore, job is going well, enjoying life again, able to talk with the ex about our son without us shouting at each other....hmmm this is a bit worrying all seems to be going too well.

Big talks with the ex today and I managed to calm her down everytime she tried to argue with me. - It is great you finish as a couple and they still think they can treat you the same!!

Oh well good news she has decided to accept my offer to buy her out so I can stay in my house and not have to move to a flat and loose loads of money to estate agents, stamp duty, redemtion penalty etc.......

Well it is Friday and all is good, got weekend with my son although ex is trying to cut that short - she wants him back Sunday afternoon instead of the usual Monday morning - she works Sunday from 7 so cant work out why she wants to do that??? Just gotta rise above it, just gotta rise above it Paul.

Looking forwards to a quite weekend after last weekend took me until Wednesday to recover from.

Woh cant believe I have not updated my blog for over a week slacking...

Bit bored tonight it is a Wednesday I am usually seeing my son on Wednesdays but had someone coming around to change the locks tonight so would have been too late.

Asked ex if I could see him on Thursday in stead she said no she was busy....yeah right busy doing nothing. Oh well got him Fri Sat and Sun so all good.

Decided the best thing for me was not to communicate with my ex so I have deleted her phone number - this has worked quite well for the past week.

I found out that she had planned to go away this weekend with her new fellow as it is his birthday. All good with me - it would mean that I would have my son for the whole weekend.

Went round to pick up my son on Sunday after a really good weekend out with mates.

She turned up 40mins later than the time we had arranged so I was talking with her parents whilst I waited. My son had brought a toy for a kitten round ex's sister's house and wanted me to take him round there to give it.

What a bad couple of weeks I have had! Isn't time supposed to be a great healer?

I have been bombarding the ex with calls and texts I even sent one to her new fellow!!! I told her on Wednesday that she was the first person I loved and was now the first person I have hated.

Oh this is so confusing it is just one thing after another.

I was not married but lived together as a couple for 10 years owned property together 8 years and have a 4 year old son. She left me for someone else.

I aggreed to pay my ex 50% of the equity from our house and it is up for sale at the moment. Due to the current market I am sure it is going to take a long while before we get an offer and I am sure we wont get anywhere near the asking price.

My son is four and has lived with his Mum for the past month, I have noticed a change in him recently.

He and his mother live at his Grandparents in a rough area whilst they are waiting to get housed by the council. I get on well with the Grandparents but do not feel it is a good environment for my son to be brought up in; every other word in the household is a swear word.

Firstly I would like to say this blogging is great, I can not believe how much I change day to day.

After ten years I found out the lady I thought I knew so well was having an affair. Now I know everyone will say this but she really was not the type, I have asked her who her new fellow is and she has told me lie after lie. For example she told that he was 30, divorsed and had two kids then on Monday she said that none of this was true and she will not even tell me his real age.
