Rachel Edwards Barrott
|
Rachel is the Principal Solicitor at NFLP. She is a specialist family practitioner, having practiced family law since 1997, qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. In October 2007 she became the Principal Solicitor of NFLP, a specialist family practice. NFLP took over the workload of Family Law International, which was a specialist family practice specifically for ex-pats and/or international family cases.The practice continues to look after the interests of clients both nationally and internationally. |

Amanda Quinn
|
Amanda is a specialist family law barrister, having practiced family
law since 1999, and qualifying as a barrister in 2001. On her
graduation from Bar School she was awarded the Joseph Jackson Memorial
Family Law Prize and the Caroline Lester Family Law prize by Middle
Temple. Although she practices all areas of family law, Amanda’s
particular speciality is cases involving an international element. She
joined the firm as Family Law International in 2006 from one of the
North West’s largest and most prestigious sets of chambers.

Kim Clarke (left): Kim has also completed the academic stages of training to become a
barrister and will soon commence her practical training. Kim read law at Oxford and was ranked in the top 6 of her Bar
School in Manchester. Kim has shown a strong aptitude towards very
complex cases.

Simon Mawdsley (right):
Simon has completed the academic stages of training to become a
barrister and will soon commence his practical training. Simon has demonstrated a strong affinity with the
subject along with a natural empathy with clients in his current role
of assisting the qualified staff.

| Mark Gray (centre): Formerly a Chartered Engineer, Mark has been a
barrister since 1996.On commencing Bar School he was awarded The Karmel
Scholarship by Grays Inn. On joining chambers in 1998 he specialised in
family and civil law. Now
in-house, Mark continues with his family and civil practices. Although
he practices all areas of family law Mark’s particular specialities are
ancillary relief and related negligence actions. |

What will we cover in the initial free 30 minute phone appointment?
In this first call we ask you to describe briefly your circumstances and your needs / objectives. We are then able to give you an awareness of the options that you have for moving forward. Some possible options are: reconciliation, mediation, DIY divorce or legal representation.

Don't I need to use a local solicitor?We are a nationwide firm and use the phone and email for most communication, in order to keep your costs down. We will attend your local court to represent you at hearings.
