Janet Wojtkow is the Director of Child Maintenance Options and has been involved in the development of this service since June 2009.

Janet was inspired to join Options because of the different challenges and opportunities faced when trying to help separating and separated parents, and the hundreds of thousands of children whose lives are affected by separation .“It astonishes me that less than 50% of children in Britain’s 2.6m separated families benefit from regular maintenance payments,” says Janet. “It highlights the scale of the challenge for Child Maintenance Options to engage and help as many separating and separated families as possible put in place appropriate maintenance arrangements that are right for their particular family circumstances.”

Lynne has been practising as a Solicitor for nearly 10 years and has been running her own firm for over 4 years.  Lynne has a lot of Court experience in representing her clients and is a trained Mediator and a member of Resolution – the Association of Family Lawyers. Lynne has 4 children and has been divorced twice herself. Lynne feels that her personal experience has placed her in a unique position as a solicitor to empathise with her clients.

Flora has practised as a financial planner since 1994 and is one of very few female chartered and certified financial planners. She is well qualified and experienced in helping people get their finances in good order.

Over the years, Flora has worked with many people who are going through divorce and need help with all stages of divorce, from mortgage affordability calculations (these are done in a web-meeting so you can see what's happening), mortgages, building new risk-management strategies and pension sharing orders.

Flora also collaborates with solicitors, mediators and accountants in her daily work, assisting where divorce crosses onto her specialism, which is expert financial planning.
