Contact and Access

Where separated parents are exeriencing high levels of conflict or there are concerns about violence, the Australian Government has funded Children's Contact Services to enable the safe transfer of the child from parent to parent and for supervised visits so that each parent can spend time with their children.

Where separating parents are in high conflict over parenting arrangements, the Australian Government has funded the Parenting Orders Program to help parents focus on their children.
