My husband has not responded to the D9H form. I have since found out he has changed his address so has not received the D8 forms, what can I do?

I would like to start with thanking the people on wikivorce for all their helpful advice and comments of support. It will be 7 weeks on thursday since my wife left with our 3 daughters.
