A very difficult weekend , my oldest daughters confirmation and i was absolutely dreading, i havent saw or spoke to my cheating ex husband in over a year. today my son is 14 years old, i cant believe how quick those 14 years have gone ! ive managed to get him a nice watch and he has some money to, my brother, his wife and daughter are over later, its my neices birthday tomorrow to. mums popping over aswell, then he s off to his dads to spend the evening with him, his partner, then there off for a nice meal together, im working tonight so it makes sense. looking back over the last 5 months, he s been fantastic, the man of the house now, if i have trouble with anything he helps as best he can, he goes up to the loft to check the bucket (roof

Things are moving on slowly. Had a traumatic couple of days having found out that he had found somewhere to live in London. It was really devastating and so permanent. He said it wasn't permanent for him, just sorting out the 'accomodation issue'. Saturday I had for the first time, that awkward moment when someone asks you 'Where is XXX today?' in front of lots of people......the uncomfortable looks and me really not knowing what to say.
