Happy New year to you all.

I forgot to change my Tesco card address, and rung them up only to find that I had an old account with nearly £200 of vouchers. They arrived a week before Christmas so managed to buy some better presents for the boys and have some money for going out.

Had a good Christmas and new year with my boys, went flying, bowling and even ice skating ( haven't done that for a long time). Shame the snow melted on boxing day as we were looking forward to going sledging.

 I did get some invites for dinners and even a new years eve party over the period that the boys were with me,

This week end with be 6 months since STBX said that she's leaving.

Today received the court signed consent order.

The Absolute must be on its way as well. 

I'm nearly settled in my new place, just need to sort the heating out as some of the storage heaters don't work ( Landlord coming again on Saturday).

 The boys visits are working well, but amazing how much they grow and how difficult it is to keep up with them as they expect you to know what they have been doing cause mum knows.

When the boys come over they always have old clothes on, but when I see the STBx she has new clothes.  Now the

Just got back from my India business trip and had two letters from the court.

 1. They have miss spelt my name and the Nisi is now dated end of DEC (Yes they even entered the wrong date on the form).

2. The court rejected the consent order because Has I have large debets in my name the funds from the house sale should have gone to paying off the debts not being split.

 ( That was my arguement to STBX sol but as the sums in volved are releatively small, it wasn't cost effective to fight)

 Having thought that the everything was sorted out back to square one.

 Now will wait for a response from STBx
