Had an email from my solicitor yesterday to say that my ex would be turning up tomorrow (Wednesday) to remove personal items and furniture.  Having told her that I would ensure there was a Police presence if she turned up, with or without members of her family, of course she's turned the tables and I expect PC Plod to turn up from midday tomorrow.

She's been asked to provide a list of items she intends removing, but has refused.  If any member of her family is with her, I will (on my solicitors advice) refuse them entry. Rest assured I have no intention of helping her with anything, but will

I am no longer surprised, but exactly a week after the interim contact order was agreed, the ex has breached it already.  My son's 'phone is switched off and she hasn't given the passport to the solicitor.  Now just waiting to hear what the solicitor thinks we should do

Having just had the first hearing in relation to my son, thought it might be helpful to others to know how it went.

 

8:30am arrived at court.  Other than the security guard on the entrance, not much sign of activity otherwise.  I was directed up to the second floor where there was a public waiting area.  Nobody on duty in the reception area this early!  Somewhat anxious that there was nowhere private to go especially with the ex presumably turning up soon, no doubt with her Mafia entourage in tow

9:00am My barrister arrives, and we quickly find a private meeting room which other than going into
