Well its been along time since I did one of these! Thought I would write a blog to keep my friends on here up to date on the situation.

Had our second Financial Directions Hearing today and have finally sorted the childrens issues out so no Childrens court on Feb 9th. Just need to sign on the doted line where the children are concerned .....horrah! Much easier than expected.

Back in court Mid April now for the next FDR, hopefully all the pieces will be there and we can come to an agreement on that too.......will have to wait and see!

Things are slowly coming into place but there are still so

Am really struggling with everything at the moment. Have today spoken to a debt advisor (works for social services so is in the knowledge about entitlement to benefits etc) who has told me today that really going bankrupt is not an option for me now either.

 I have been told that I need to sell the house (which I can't do while my ex won't sign the TR1 form) to get myself out of this mess. My house is a mess and the last estate agent told me who wouldn't market it while in its current state because it won't make the money I need to cover the mortgage.

All very civil...though not a mention of the letters/finances that he was supposed to be sorting out..so no idea what he's playing at..I know he must have seen sols as payment came out of joint account, but he has chosen not to mention and I have chosen not to ask..

Am so tired now of having him here on and off through out the weekend, he did take the boys out both days but still was here for a good few hours..feel so stifled and tired.
