  My first time in court. It was my impression that the courts had procedure and that these procedures were designed to protect the interests of both parties ensuring all get a fair hearing. I have a great faith in our justice system but my experience today has dented that.

  The hearing was for maintenance pending and I chose to represent myself. Why can't I get out of this cycle of feeling low more on than off ?
