Well after four weeks of finding emails of affairs things have taken a turn, now we are divorcing 'coz its better for the kids', 'coz the differences between us wont change etc etc I am thinkng how selfish,do people who have kids actually think they can walk out on them and then say 'i know my daughter will hate me in 10 yrs time but its ok', is that normal, I ask myself? How did he reach that level without me noticing it? I guess his new sleaze bag has got what she wanted a man who has obviously lost his kids so no baggage, he is all hers. Oh my, Hell hath no fury like a woman who thinks someone has got one over on her. Things have taken a serious turn for the worse. She has lost the plot, and reached rock bottom, but is continuing to dig.

Briefly, she took over a rental house on Monday. Tells me on Monday night that she is going to be decorating kids room before she start moving anything in. I have been asking her for a fortnight to give me a list of things she wants to take, so that we can manage the transition and retain a home in two places for the children, who will be here every night after school until 8:30pm, and

My wife seems to have decided that couples counselling won't help and that divorce is the route to take.

But she doesn't want to start down that route because it would be emotionally too tiring. Ok I can understand that. She has our problems plus some other family issues going on back at her parent's home.

But she doesn't want either of us to discuss it with our friends.

Now is this normal? Is it control? Is it self-protection? Is it because she actaully isn't sure?
