I am currently barred from court on section 91/14 until 2010 not sure if this will be allowed to discuss cases in detail . I was divorced from my eldest sons father who is now 28 years old. Then in 1995 I met a con man whilst I was getting over the recent death of my mother. Ordinarily I would not have even looked side ways at this man. I was pregnant after a 2 months of him moving into my house. I had managed to put him out of the house due to him being work shy. Sounds now like some cheap magazine article . The relationship did not last longer because of the violence history. Back then I had no prior knowledge of his list of convictions ,later a CRB check was done for court for cares.
This gets much worse he was violent ,he also had heavy drink problems with drink related epilepsy ,he was divorced and on the run, he was bankrupt . The courts in 2000 did not give him PR he has supervised contact to a 2 year old boy. I have never sat in the same room since 2000 unless it was with solicitors in court with him except to ring him when I landed in the UK and his son was taken to hospital in April 2004. I got the doctors to ring him and call him back the next day. I slid down the wall in shock ,our son was diagnosed with leukaemia.
A case was created in closed court against me I was told to concede to emotional harm whilst being ill with pneumonia . I complained about my sons care and treatment in hospital. The staff closed ranks as errors were made. The father & grandmother had been making false allegations to the school and to the hospital , then to SS that I was unfit to look after him.

Contact Centres I have gone on to become a Children's Rights Campaigner collating cases of women who have been margialized by the courts. The ex got custody as he was remarried . There have been serious cover ups with the placement by the LA and the courts. This is nothing new there are many cases.

There are lots of families in the community on site all different cases some starting out as run of the mill divorce cases leading to barbaric ruling which has destroyed families to the point of no return.The media re trawling the site for work . The MPs are on the site too.
I have recently been to see the Children's Shadow Minister Tim Loughton to tell him I am not happy about the closed adoption cases.Ssimply because of the maladministration of the pathology and the misleading of evidence by so called expert witness's.The mothers are going around with the BBC naming bogus solicitors and shaming judges who took part in the cases .
I am campaigning to open closed adoption for children and adults to find their blood family to enable them to find a donor for stem cell or bone marrow.
The courts will not open the cases as the truth will come out what went on behind closed doors. |There is more than the children protected in closed court I can tell you this!!!!!!!
Every case is different ,however we all say the same there is a lot of miscarriage of justice going on in the Family Courts.

I have reasons to have a dislike for the state, back in the 50s they took away and forced into adoption one of my brothers... the 6th member of our family we never seen... the threat we were told I dont really know was "let go or loose the rest of your family". oh not just off authorities but off my fathers family as well... as the child didnt belong to him (father had been killed/murdered) mum was only child so had no one she could turn too. I have the info but have not been able to find out where the boy now man is Im not allowed to search only he can. so thats it we are stuck and of course a mother whose now in her late 70s whose is wondering what hes doing now and how he grew up. Hope you get and all others in the same boat get someone to take up your side. |

The Max , Thank you for your comment , I am so sorry to her about your case. Let me tell you this siblings have aright to contact with other siblings. In reality you simply do not get it at all. I am so sorry for your mother,we call this a living bereavement which is what it is she would know she has been living this day in day out. Have you tried missing you , genes reunited Tammy Coulter found her mother on there .I have met them in Birmingham . Please get a facebook and myspace , also multiply put something up on the internet . You should ask to see the files they hold on you under freedom of information Act ,they have with held the data , and kept back a lot of the evidence I needed to fight my case. so many years down the line the paperwork is making sense . I can do nothing but try to exhaust all options here in the UK ,then head out to europe . I often think of the homeless people lost ,alone under a viaduct somewhere , and think they may have come out of care and do not know they are wanted by a family somewhere , someone is looking for their son or daughter. The system stinks and all and I mean ALL who take part and earn money from it . |
