My first court appearance is approaching. Not soon enough, though.

 I was hoping that something will be resolved on the first court appearance.

I am sick with worry.

ex does not contribute. whenever he feels like it, he pays but only a fraction of the cost of living. yet he has enough money to spend on other people and pay for things we do not need.

i was hoping for some kind of judgement. I want something. at least so i don't struggle this much. at least some help. something. anything. i can't bare thinking that this will drag on even more. how am i going to manage. i have nothing worthwhile to

This evening he texts me to call him please. And a huge fear came over me. I was just so scared to call him, I felt sick. I came onto wiki because my heart was beating and I needed to calm down (thanks chatroom wiki people!)

I have been staying away from him. I don't see him and don't let him see me. I don't call or text.  He texts and calls, and in his weird way tries to behave himself. So generally, as long as i don't interact directly with him I am ok.

However, whenever he thinks I said or did something he disagrees with he becomes intimidating and says terrible things to me. I don't respond
