These simple rules/guidelines basically all come down to having respect for other members

- Please avoid direct personal criticism / slanging matches. Be aware that different people have different tolerances and sensibilities.

- Do not give out personal details (real name, address, phone numbers, email addresses) of either yourself or another member in the forum. [You can use the private message system from your profile page to send private messages to other users with personal details if you wish]

- Do not use the forum to as advertising space to promote your business. However, it is perfectly OK and encouraged to post useful links to sites that may help other members (e.g. advice sites).

- Please refrain from swearing.

- Do not spam the forum. This means please don't submit multiple duplicate messages with the intention of clogging up the forum. It is not permitted to use software programs to automatically post messages to the forum.
