This is a difficult one for us to fix as it is almost certainly something strange in your PC set-up.

You could try:
- deleting your cookies and temporary internet files
- loading the latest version of flash (for ­link­ see Community >> Chat page)
- try a different browser (switch from IE to firefox - or vice versa)

if you are stll having problems you could also -
reboot your router
Disable or better uninstall any browser extensions - things like google toolbar etc. . To disable them, open internet explorer then got to Tools- Advanced and uncheck 'Enable third party browser extensions' then close and restart IE.

If you have multiple accounts on your PC, create a new account and try from that.
Check your startup folder (Start, all programs - startup) this is better empty but leave antivirus antispyware programs if they have entries in this folder) right click and delete anything else unless you want it to start everytime you log on.
Check - add / remove programs in the control panel uninstall anything you no longer use.
