I hope I'm not being too stupid here but how do I get multiple copies of certain pages e.g. I have more than one life policy to add. I couldn't get it to copy an additional page (I'm on vista)

The administrator has disabled public write access.
The simple work around if you have say 3 life insurance policies, is to create copies of the word document.
So first copy has all sections filled in. Second copy contains just page 7 filled in with your second life policy. Thrid copy contains just page 7 filled in with your third life policy.
Then print out all of the pages of the first copy, and just page 7 of 2nd and 3rd copies. And label those pages 7b and 7c.
