I have had a play around with the Form E Word doc for you and have found a 'work around'.
You can actually 'squeeze' two rows into each formatted row.
e.g. in 2.3 about bank details.
In row one - column one....
Type "Abbey National"
Hit Enter/Return (twice)
Type "Nat West"
Then in row one - coumn two...
Type "Current"
Hit Enter/Return (twice)
Type "Current"
You need to be careful to keep it all lined up...
but it works and it seems to auto-expand the table to allow more rows.
