Please find attached a Zip file of documents in Word format for court Preparation. Could these be posted as resources. I hunted high and low for this sort of stuff and ended up writing my own as nothing seemed available. I got the formats for the Questionnaire , statement of issues and Chronology from documents either submitted to me in proceedings or passed to me by a lawyer.

The form G is my own work faithfully copied from the pdf available online.

Have read all the documents you have enclosed and find it a pity that your offer of putting them somewhere 'official' as it were has not yet been taken up.

I self repped for the FA and would have been glad to have all the forms ( with the exception of Form H or did I miss that one ) in one place. It would have saved me a lot of searching and puzzling.

The Form H is already on the Free Resources section as a pdf. Its a bit of pig tho as it one of those pdf's you cant save so you have to print it off, fill in the numbers by hand then go back to the document on your screen and then fill it in and print so it looks nice and neat.
The only way you can save and edit is if you have a full version of Adobe acrobat which costs ££££'s.

My PC / document skills do have a limit and that Form H is a bit of a monster to Convert to a word document !

I think a big plus was the Wiki team taking my earleuir suggestion of putting a Word version of the form E on the site so that users can download, edit over time and save as the previous pdf had the same issues as the form H.

Wow, I have to say that i wish i'd known about this little pack last week. Oh well.

I am on a weeks hols at the moment but will try to find a permanent home for all these good resources when I get back. I need to fit them in with the DIY divorce stuff we have in the back room as work in progress.

These are great and just what I need, but I'm a little confused which one to use where.

I know I have to send the chronology to the court by the given date, but not sure when to use questionnaire, statement of issues etc.

I have just received Form E and have numerous queries, which one should I use to go back to him / court with initially?

Check the docs from the court. You will have to respond to form e by a given date then respond with all the other stuff at least 2 weeks befor the first appointment date, all the docs are required so yu have to submit them in a pack. you aslo have to sned to your stbx's sol at the same time.
