Hi,
Can someone help???
I had my FDR 7 weeks ago, Ex in currently living in the martital home, the judge gave him a date to find out if he could get a morgage and to inform the court.
We have had nothing from him or his solicitors until a week after the date (only then because my solicitor chased them )
I have now been told we have to go back to court again for the judge to give him a new date to comply.
Surely he is in contempt of court for not filing his papers by the judges required date?
Im being told he can do this
HELP!!!!!!!!
