My wife wants a divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour but I have done nothing wrong. She has fallen out of love with me. I have not excepted this as grounds as i do not want impact the financial settlement. will it has the process goes on

The reasons for divorce, whatever they are, will have no effect on the financial settlement unless they are something very extreme - think I heard it had to be something like, 'scarred her face and she makes her living as a model' sort of thing... (eg having a major detrimental impact on the other person's financial situation somehow. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong on this bit!)
You can acknowledge the divorce petition by saying you agree the marriage has broken down (which it clearly has if she's petitioned for divorce) but that you do not agree with the reasons. To contest it would be expensive and ultimately be unlikely to succeed.
