I have just finished reading DL's post about completing Form E. Highly educational. Thank you.

One quick question. Does it matter (or does it help) if you put copies of supporting documents behind each of the relevant pages. For example, putting copies of credit card statements behind page 9 (section 2.9). Or is it easier to put all supporting documents at the back of your completed Form E, suitably referenced.

This is probably not very important in my case as it is a Voluntary Disclosure, but I was just wondering.

I put my "extras" at the back but in the order that they are in Form E.

I don't think it is so important in voluntary disclosure as long as it's all there!!
